Mr. Pierre de Smet is the President of Dynalog, a company that has been building an international reputation in the area of Precision Robotics over the course of nearly 30 years. He holds a Master’s Degree in Electro-Mechanical Engineering from the Catholic University of Leuven in Belgium (KUL). Mr. de Smet holds several international patents in that area. Dynalog has its headquarters in Michigan, USA, with a network of distributors around the globe.

Mr. de Smet has won awards such as Michigan’s Outstanding High-Tech Entrepreneur of the Year as well as the U.S. Commerce Department’s Export Achievement Award. He also won the prestigious International Engelberger Robotic Award for Technology Development, presented by the International Federation of Robotics (IFR) and recognized within the international robot community as an “Olympic Gold Medal” equivalent.

Mr. de Smet is an active member of the Robotic Industries Association (RIA). Additionally, he serves as director of the French-American Chamber of Commerce in Michigan, and is active with the FIRST Robotics organization, whose mission is to get younger generations excited and interested in science and technology as a future career path. He is also a Director on the Advisory Board of Lawrence Technology University (LTU) in Southfield.

Mr. Anil Raghavan, Director of Business Development, obtained bachelor’s degree from University Visvesvaraya College of Engineering in Bangalore, and has a Master’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, specializing in Robotics, from Wayne State University in Detroit.

He has more than 30 years of experience in the field of precision robotics. He was the Director of Engineering at Dynalog for several years prior to his current position. He is able to apply his vast technical skills in sales, advising customers of the best technical solutions addressing each customer’s particular needs.

Razvan Sirbu serves as Product Development Manager at Dynalog, overseeing the innovative DynaFlex Flexible Measurement System, DynaRC Robot Communication Software, and DynaGuide Robot Guidance product lines. He has deep knowledge of various software languages, techniques, and robot control algorithms. He earned his Master’s Degree in Computer Science Engineering from Politechnica University of Timisoara in 1994. With over 25 years of expertise in precision robotics, he has established himself as a seasoned professional in the industry.

Mr. Marius Manga is Product Development Manager at Dynalog, overseeing primarily the DynaCal, and the IdentiCal Robot Calibration Product lines. He specializes in mathematical aspects of Dynalog products, in particular robot kinematics. He holds a Master’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering. He has more than 25 years of experience in the field of precision robotics.

Florian Tet is Product Development Manager at Dynalog, overseeing the CompuGauge Robot Performance Analysis, and the roPOD Robot TCP/Mastering Recovery product lines. He has extensive knowledge of electronics and measurement sensor technology. He specializes in PC to robot controller communications. He earned his Master’s Degree in Electronics Engineering from Politechnica University of Timisoara. He has over 20 years of expertise in precision robotics.
