This new product, roPOD, replaces the AutoCal product, and similar to the AutoCal system, provides the recovery of robot’s TCP and zero-position-mastering after a crash, replacement of motor, replacement of end-effector, etc. The roPOD system is faster than the AutoCal system, and it has a much smaller foot print.
